Evlyn Andrade

Evlyn Andrade is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental policy and community development. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for The Russell Family Foundation and as a Board Member for the Puget Sound Stewardship and Mitigation Fund Advisory Board at the Rose Foundation for Communities and the Environment, Andrade has held significant roles including Executive Director at EarthCorps and Policy Advisor for Land Use and Environmental Justice in the County of San Diego. Previous experience includes directing development initiatives at Climate Action Campaign and candidacy for Santee City Council. Andrade's diverse background also encompasses management roles at the University of California, Berkeley, and business ownership in web development. Andrade holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chicano Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed a Software Engineering Fellowship at Hackbright Academy.
