Previously, Jaramillo managed Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. from 2007 to 2021 and Tijuana Flats Tex-Mex from 2005 to 2007. With a strong skill set in process scheduling, food and beverage, budgeting, and customer service, Jaramillo is passionate about staffing and retention to achieve sales goals. Jaramillo continues education at the University of Central Florida.
