Marjolaine Lachance

Marjolaine Lachance has extensive experience in operations, casting, and production within the arts and entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Directrice des opérations for Le P'tit Bonheur, an organization dedicated to providing outdoor activities for nearly 13,000 children annually, Marjolaine has previously held significant roles such as Directrice de casting and présidente at BALUSTRADE casting & management, and as a coach for actors on the series "Défense d'entrer!" for Radio-Canada. Additional experience includes production management with Groupe Les Brothers, directing production for various projects, and involvement in marketing communications. Marjolaine holds a degree in Techniques d'Intervention en Loisir from Cegep du Vieux Montreal and has completed professional studies in musicals with a focus on performance at Académie Johanne Raby.
