Jeffrey Newell

Jeffrey Newell is a seasoned educator and director with extensive experience in technology education and science instruction. Currently serving as a Technology Education Teacher at The SAE School since December 2018, Jeffrey also holds the position of Director at Neo Engineering League of America since January 2016. Previous roles include Physical Science Teacher at Cobb County School District from July 2017 to May 2018 and Science Teacher at DeKalb County Schools from October 2010 to May 2017, specializing in ESOL Science and Social Studies for ELL students. Jeffrey’s foundational experience includes a distinguished 20-year career in the US Navy as an Electronics Technician (Nuclear), Quartermaster, and Military Police. Academically, degrees include a Master of Science in Information Systems Security from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor's in Business Information Systems Security, complemented by a degree in Middle Grade Education focusing on Science and Social Studies from Kennesaw State University.
