David Wilson

David Wilson has a strong background in database administration and engineering. David began their career as a Database Developer at IBO in 2006 before transitioning to a Database Administrator role in 2007. After working at IBO for three years, they joined eLINIA WebServices in 2010 as a Database Administrator. In 2012, they became a Technical Specialist (UNIX & DBA) at Adapt, where they worked until 2015. From 2015 to 2020, David was a Business Intelligence DBA at Barclaycard, responsible for administering and maintaining various database systems. Currently, they are working as a Site/Database Reliability Engineer at The Safeguarding Company.

David Wilson attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) in Internet Computing. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including Azure Administrator Associate and Azure Solutions Architect Expert from Microsoft, Microsoft Certified IT Professional Database Administrator 2008, Oracle Database 10g Administrator Certified Professional from Oracle, and Red Hat Certified System Administrator from Red Hat. The specific months and years when they obtained these certifications are unknown.
