Aaron Dvorin

Aaron Dvorin is currently a Recruiting Team member at The Sage Group. Aaron was previously a Pre-boarding Specialist at Brown Brothers Harriman from July 2018 to October 2019. In this role, they created offer letters, initiated and verified background checks, and served as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates during the pre-boarding process. Aaron also conducted weekly new-hire orientation, completed and organized onboarding paperwork (including non-disclosures for U.S. employees), and utilized E-Verify for I-9 processes in the ATS system.

Prior to their role as Pre-boarding Specialist, Aaron was a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Co-op at Brown Brothers Harriman from July 2017 to December 2017.

Before joining Brown Brothers Harriman, Aaron worked as an HR Recruiter at Vinfen from July 2016 to June 2017. In this role, they specialized in recruitment for the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Division, posting job descriptions on platforms such as Careerbuilder, Monster, Indeed, Craiglist and Idealist to increase exposure to a wider audience. Aaron also brainstormed with HR managers to discuss staffing needs and strategies to increase retention rates, conducted high volume phone screenings to assess and place applicants based on their experience and skill sets, managed current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS), exercised judgement and discretion when dealing with individuals and confidential matters, and represented Vinfen at a Northeastern University co-op panel.
