George Deeks is a Full Stack Developer and Linux Administrator at The Sainsbury Laboratory since May 2020, focusing on developing web applications to assist scientists and managing software and data. Prior to this, George worked as a Software Engineer at NEONTRIBE LTD from January 2016 to May 2020, where mobile-first web applications were created for a major US airline client. Earlier experience includes serving as Faith Network Co-ordinator at the University of East Anglia, managing interfaith awareness initiatives, and working as a Cash Officer for the Royal Collection Trust, ensuring accurate financial transactions at tourist outlets. George holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from the University of Cambridge and a Masters in Computer Science from the University of East Anglia.
