Kim Wood has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager at The Sainsbury Laboratory since 2005, following a role as HR Officer at Potters Leisure Ltd from 2002 to 2005. Kim holds a degree in Business Studies from Coventry University, completed between 1995 and 1999, and received initial education at Hewett School in Norwich.
