Ann Rogotzke

Ann Rogotzke is the current Director at The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra Society. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Senior Manager for Human Capital Consulting at Deloitte Consulting. In this role, they provided consulting and advisory services to enable global clients in transforming their organizations and achieve strategic business objectives.

Rogotzke has extensive experience in leading HR transformation engagements and designing and implementing integrated global Talent Management processes. Ann has also supported internal firm initiatives, such as recruiting campus and experienced hires, acting as a career counselor and mentor, and serving as a faculty member for career milestone training.
