Justin Windschitl is the Director at The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra Society. Justin has worked in the financial sector for over six years, overseeing legal and compliance risk for some of the largest financial institutions in the United States. In their previous position as Senior Large Bank Supervision Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, they were responsible for managing examination staff, writing comprehensive examination reports, directing financial institutions regarding regulatory interpretation, and training new examiners. Justin has also served as a Federal Reserve System Incentive Compensation Subject Matter Expert and participated in Federal Reserve System-wide oversight efforts for large banking organizations. In addition to their work in the financial sector, Justin is also a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis Employee Diversity Action Council.

Justin Windschitl first attended St. Olaf College where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in English, Music, and American Racial Multicultural Studies. Justin then attended the University of St. Thomas for their Juris Doctor in Law. Justin is also certified from the Federal Reserve Board as a Commissioned Bank Examiner.
