Amy Huston

Amy Huston currently serves as the Catering Sales Manager at The Saint Paul Hotel, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Amy was the Director of Catering and Events at Edina Country Club from January 2012 to February 2023. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant General Manager and Sales & Event Coordinator at The Oceanaire Seafood Room from August 2002 to December 2011, as well as a managerial role at Wildfire Eden Prairie under Lettuce Entertain You from April 2001 to July 2002. Amy Huston obtained a Diploma in Floral Design from Hennepin Technical College in 2003.
