Tom Warrick

Tom Warrick has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Tom is currently working as the VP Managed Services at The Salem Group, where they manage enterprise-wide contingent staffing programs. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Human Resources at Boombox Beverage LLC, leading HR and strategy for the growth of the organization.

From 2007 to 2022, Tom worked at Onin Staffing, starting as an Area Manager and eventually leading the growth of two subsidiary divisions, LTI Services and Labor Temps, which grew to include 18 offices in 3 states. The company was then acquired by Onin Staffing. During their tenure, Tom implemented various initiatives, such as improving CRM and sales processes, overseeing acquisitions, and upgrading HR and IT capabilities.

Before joining Onin Staffing, Tom founded and managed their own management consulting startup, The Symbolic Group. Tom also worked at Covansys as a Branch Manager/VP Midwest, achieving significant revenue growth and building strong client relationships.

Tom's career started at IBM, where they worked as a Product Specialist/Marketing Representative, identifying opportunities, coordinating marketing efforts, and making sales calls and presentations.
