Steve Parker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development, outdoor instructing, coaching, and leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Instructor and Business Development professional at The Salvation Army Blue Mountain Adventure Centre since February 2025, Steve combines faith, business strategy, and outdoor instruction to pursue organizational goals. Prior to this role, Steve was the General Manager at Fiasco Cases, focusing on team development and recovery post-COVID-19. As the Director and coach at Human Excellence And Flourishing, Steve worked to enhance workplace environments through tailored coaching and mentoring programs. Additional experience includes advisory roles at Business Success Partners and various contract instructing positions, alongside previous leadership as a Youth Pastor and Operations Manager. Steve holds a Bachelor of Social Science, with a focus on Political Science and Psychology from The University of Waikato, along with certificates in Outdoor Recreation Leadership and Leadership from Wairiki Polytech and Apostolic Training Center, respectively.
