Janet MacNaughton

Janet MacNaughton, PMP, has an extensive background in project management and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as a Leadership Gifts Associate at The Salvation Army Chicago Metropolitan Division and a Constituent Services Coordinator at The Archdiocese of Chicago, Janet manages donor relations and provides crucial support for various community initiatives. Additionally, Janet works as an Adoption Counselor for PAWS Chicago and offers administrative support to The Greater Chicago Food Depository. Previous experience includes a lengthy tenure as a Project Manager at Allstate Insurance Company, where Janet established the Allstate PMO and facilitated improvements in project management resources. Earlier career roles include Computer Programmer at The University of Iowa Health Care. Janet earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Iowa.
