Additionally, Lucia held the role of F&B Stewarding Manager at Waldorf Astoria New York. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oregon Institute of Technology and culinary training from Western Culinary Institute's Le Cordon Bleu program.
