Michelle Guerrero

Michelle Guerrero is an accomplished graphics reporter and illustrator at The San Diego Union Tribune since December 2018, with a diverse freelance career that includes roles as a freelance artist for Upper Deck Entertainment since October 2017, where illustrations for Marvel Artist Sketch Cards are created. Major contributions include working as a self-employed freelance illustrator since June 2010, providing services in art direction, illustrations, animation, and design. During a brief contract at Blizzard Entertainment in 2018, Michelle served as a personal assistant to a film crew, coordinating schedules and managing filming areas. Prior experience includes creative leadership at STEAM Maker Workshop and animation for Bartlet Jones Supernatural Detective Agency. Additional roles include operations at LA Fitness and an internship at Mad Catz. Michelle obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Art Multimedia from San Diego State University between 2011 and 2016.
