Elisa Orona

Elisa Orona currently serves as the Senior Director for the Partnership for the Bay's Future and the Great Communities Collaborative at the San Francisco Foundation, focusing on advancing racial equity and economic inclusion in the Bay Area. Previously, Elisa held the position of Executive Director at the Health Improvement Partnership of Santa Cruz County, leading efforts to enhance health care access and strengthen local health systems. Prior experience includes roles as Quality Improvement Manager at AACI, Investor Relations at the School of Arts and Culture at MHP, Transition Manager for the Mexican Heritage Plaza at the City of San Jose, and a Municipal Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps. Elisa holds a B.A. in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science from Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy.
