Patricia Bovan Campbell is currently the Secretary at The San Francisco. Patricia was previously the Vice President, Legal and Corporate Counsel at Salesforce from June 2019 to October 2019. Prior to that, they were the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel (Commercial) at Salesforce.org from June 2015 to June 2019.
Before joining Salesforce, Ms. Campbell was the Director, Global Contracts at Symantec from January 2003 to December 2013. During their time at Symantec, they were also the Director, Global Contracts and M&A. Prior to Symantec, Ms. Campbell worked as the Atomic Tangerine (SRI subsidiary) General Counsel, Vice President, Ass't Sect'y at SRI International from January 2000 to December 2002.
Ms. Campbell has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, including revenue licenses, product sales, technical and professional services, consultancy, revenue sharing, strategic alliance, joint marketing and joint referral agreements. Patricia has also negotiated and structured investor financing agreements, subordinated convertible debt, secured promissory notes, $10 million equipment loan and working capital facility with senior lenders.
Patricia Bovan Campbell received an executive education from the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. Patricia also has a BA in Govt from Cornell University and a JD in International Business Transactions from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
