Binti Mardhiya Rahmaliya has extensive experience in the culinary field, particularly within pastry and bakery departments. Currently a Trainee at The Sanchaya since August 2016, Binti has accumulated significant hands-on experience through past roles, including a Trainee position at The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, where Binti spent three months in pastry and bakery and three months in Japanese sushi. Additional experiences include daily work at Indonesia Convention Exhibition in the pastry and bakery department, part-time roles at Grand Hyatt and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in kitchen banquets, and earlier training at Silka Maytower Service and Residence. Educational background includes attendance at Trisakti Institute of Tourism from 2013 to 2017, complemented by a brief training as a secretary at Kejaksaan Agung in 2012.
