Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, compliance, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also practiced as a nutritionist in a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
