Michael Sanders

Michael Sanders is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in the broadcasting industry. As the President and Owner of The Sanders Group since June 1986, Michael has built a successful company following a solid foundation as one of the original founders of WXIN, where roles included Operations Manager and General Manager of its commercial video production division, USA Teleproductions, from 1983 to 1985. Prior experience includes serving as Producer Director for WTHR from 1979 to 1983, overseeing Senior Director responsibilities for noon and 6 pm newscasts, as well as similar roles at WLFI-TV from 1977 to 1979. Michael holds a BA in Communications/Creative Writing from Purdue University, attended from 1974 to 1979, and graduated from Southmont High School between 1972 and 1974.
