Kamal Qamhiya

Kamal Qamhiya has extensive experience in risk management and IT operational excellence within the banking sector. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for IT Operational Excellence and previously as IT Governance Manager at The Saudi Investment Bank since January 2018, Kamal has also held significant roles at Othaim Markets Company and BLOM BANK s.a.l., including Manager of Risk Management and Assistant Risk Management Manager. Notable achievements include implementing the internal capital adequacy assessment process (ICAAP) and building the Operational Risk Unit at BLOM BANK. Early career experience includes roles as Operational Risk Officer and Information Security Officer at Jordan Ahli Bank, where Kamal contributed to developing security policies and business continuity plans. Kamal holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from The Arab Academy For Management, Banking And Financial Sciences.
