Latifah Alsayigh

Latifah Alsayigh is an experienced Assistant Manager with a robust background in production support and development within the banking sector. Currently at The Saudi Investment Bank since January 2020, Latifah specializes in ATM and card payment systems, addressing incidents related to Switch and NCR Aptra connection servers, and managing change requests through various testing layers. Latifah also holds a position at Riyad Bank, where responsibilities include supporting IST Switch and NCR Aptra connections, as well as web development utilizing technologies such as Ext JS, SQL, Java, CSS, and XML. Prior experience includes a role as a System Technician focusing on COBOL development and team coordination. Latifah holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from King Saud University and a diploma in English from the British Council.
