Andrea Di Chiara serves as the General Manager of Gallery, the new dining destination at The Savoy, since August 2017. Prior roles at The Savoy include Bar Manager of the American Bar and Assistant F&B Outlet Manager, overseeing in-room dining services. Additional experience includes bartending at the Knight's Bar and Simpson's in the Strand. Prior to The Savoy, Andrea worked as a Waiter/Bartender at Doppiozero and Jar Cocktail Bar, and held supervisory roles at Viezz and Portopiccolo Sistiana. Educational achievements include a Train the Trainer certification from Savoy Hotel, a Professional Diploma in Bartending from the European Bartender School, and a Certificate of Sommelier from Associazione Italiana Sommelier.
