Beata Gubernat Assoc Cipd

Beata Gubernat, an Associate CIPD, currently serves as the Talent & Culture Manager at The Savoy since July 2021, where responsibilities include colleague relations management and overseeing sensitive employee matters. Prior to this role, Beata held positions at The Savoy as Colleague Engagement Manager and Talent & Culture Assistant, focusing on colleague queries and administrative tasks. Between April 2017 and July 2021, Beata worked at GAUCHO as a Training Specialist, delivering induction training, and also as an F&B Supervisor, coordinating restaurant operations.
