Eugene Goh

Eugene Goh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and consulting. Since January 2018, Eugene has served as an Advisor and Co-Founder at TalentKraft, which focuses on creating productive talent pipelines. In addition, Eugene has been the Director and Co-Founder of HireQuotient since October 2021, and an Advisor at The Scale Factory since May 2020, assisting disruptive tech brands in expanding within Asia. Previously, Eugene founded Silver Force Ltd, a social enterprise addressing work and social challenges for the elderly, and worked as a Freelance Consultant for ECCGOH Consulting, specializing in HR technology. Eugene also held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Freeboh Innovations, a shift-based jobs marketplace, and was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group from 2005 to 2013, along with serving as Assistant Director at the Ministry of Transport in Singapore. Eugene holds a BA (PPE) and an MSc (Economics for Development) from the University of Oxford.
