Additional roles include Executive Advisor at SparkXGlobal, General Manager APAC at Cavai, and Venture Partner at Antler, where groundbreaking technology companies are built. Previously, Lars held significant positions such as EVP Head of Customer Acquisition at TBWA\ Group Singapore and Chief Digital Officer at PHD for Greater China, overseeing digital transformation and strategy. Educational credentials include a Master of Management in eMarketing and Customer Relationship Management from BI Norwegian Business School and various degrees from Griffith University and the University of Oslo.
