Taru Jain is an accomplished entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in marketing innovation and digital transformation. As the Founder and CEO of Maxential, Taru leads efforts to empower businesses through customized training programs and innovation initiatives. Currently serving as an Advisor at Frac and Entrepreneur in Residence at Konnect Ventures, Taru focuses on leveraging web3 and blockchain technologies. Additionally, Taru is an Investor in multiple companies, including VTION Digital Analytics and BIS Research, providing insights into technology disruption. Taru also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at both Singapore Management University and Rutgers University, teaching courses on digital marketing strategy and transformation. An MBA graduate from NM Institute of Management Studies, Taru has furthered knowledge with a Certificate of Accomplishment in Web3 and various qualifications in coaching and project management.
