Jack Field

Jack Field is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategy. Currently serving as Founder of Realise Talent since September 2023, Jack focuses on helping companies realize their potential by optimizing hiring processes. As Head of Talent at The Scale Up Collective from April 2024, Jack is re-designing marketing talent acquisition offerings for startups, contributing to the growth of over 100 startups from beta to Series A. Previous roles include Head of Embedded at DNA Recruit and Director at Hidden, where Jack was integral to client partnerships and strategic initiatives in talent acquisition. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Talent Partner at Wunderman Thompson / McCann Worldgroup and Talent Director at BBH London. Jack Field holds a BA (Hons) in Management and Philosophy from the University of Leeds and completed studies at Dulwich College.
