Joe Scarpetta

Joe Scarpetta has been working in the software application and IT industry since 2001. Joe started their career as an IS Consultant at the National Fire Protection Association, where they were responsible for FileMaker Pro 8.5 Development, 3rd level help desk calls, Macintosh support, Adobe application support, and maintaining FileMaker and Citrix servers on the web. In 2005, they became the owner of Apphia Solutions. In 2008, they founded The Scarpetta Group, where they serve as the CEO and Senior Software Application Developer / System Architect. Joe has over 20 years of experience with FileMaker Pro, Web, and IT, and is certified in FileMaker 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 FBA Trainer.

Joe Scarpetta attended Western Illinois University from 1989 to 1991, studying Computer Science, Business, and Military Science. Joe has also obtained several certifications from Pearson VUE and Prometric, including FileMaker 17 Certification, FileMaker 18 Certification, FileMaker 16 Certification, FileMaker 15 Certification, FileMaker 14 Certification, FileMaker 13 Certified Developer, and FileMaker 12 Certified Developer.
