Brian Fay

Brian Fay is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in real estate financial management. Currently serving as Controller at The Schochet Companies since August 2009, Brian leads a team of five accountants to prepare monthly and yearly financial reports for over 35 real estate entities, ensuring timely communication of financial information to investors. Prior roles include Assistant Controller and Senior Property Accountant, where responsibilities included financial statement preparation for various property types. Brian's previous experience includes a position as Staff Accountant at Novogradac & Company LLP, conducting financial and compliance audits, and an internship at Taymil Partners LLC. Brian holds an MBA in Real Estate Management and a BS in Accountancy, both from Bentley University.
