Nicole Battestelli has extensive work experience in the field of special education. Nicole started their career in 2006 as a Special Education Teacher at Bancroft Neurohealth. Nicole then moved on to join the School District of Haverford Township, where they held various roles over the years. Nicole started as a Special Education Teacher and Blended School Department Chair, later transitioning to become a Pupil Services Coordinator. Nicole then served as a Coordinator of Elementary Special Programs before being promoted to their current position as the Director of Pupil Services & Special Education.

Nicole Battestelli earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Special Education, Elementary Education, and American Studies from La Salle University, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. Nicole later obtained a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership from Saint Joseph's University, completing their studies from 2007 to 2009.
