Kathryn Garden has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Kathryn started their career in 2009 at ELEMIS, where they held multiple roles including Account Manager and Senior Marketing Executive. Kathryn then worked as a National Account Manager at Liz Earle Beauty Co. Limited in 2013 and as a Senior Marketing and New Business Manager at Futureproof in 2014. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at The School of Life as the Head of International Business Development, where they were responsible for growing and developing the brand globally. Kathryn also worked as a Freelance Consultant at The School of Life from 2017 to 2020, and at their own company, Kathryn Garden, from 2017 onwards, specializing in holistic Marketing and Business Development strategy. Additionally, they worked as a Strategist (Freelance) at Life Story Creative from 2018 to 2019. Overall, Kathryn has significant experience in business development, marketing, and consultancy roles.

Kathryn Garden has a diverse education background. Kathryn completed their most recent degree, a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy, at Metanoia Institute from 2022 to 2026. Prior to that, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy from Regent's University London between 2020 and 2022.

In 2018, Kathryn pursued their MSc in Psychology of Social Relations at Goldsmiths, University of London, completing it in 2020. Before specializing in psychology, they earned a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Nottingham, studying from 2005 to 2008.

Kathryn also has a CAM Diploma in Marketing Communications from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011.

Before their university studies, Kathryn completed their A-Levels in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, English Literature, and History at Godalming College from 2003 to 2005.

Apart from their formal education, Kathryn obtained the Individual Member certification from BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) in August 2021.
