Marien Baerveldt

Marien Baerveldt has a diverse range of work experience in coaching, teaching, and facilitation roles. Marien is currently an Executive Coach at Baerveldt Coaching & Guidance, where they provide personalized coaching and training to individuals and teams. Additionally, they are a Teacher, Head Coach, and Expert in Leadership Programs at The School of Life, where they develop and delivers leadership programs and oversees a team of coaches. In the past, they have worked as a Trainer-Facilitator & Organizational Coach at Hosted Beings Amsterdam, consulting on learning and development issues for various organizations. Marien Baerveldt's education history is as follows:

From 1998 to 2004, Marien Baerveldt attended the Werkplaats Kindergemeenschap Kees Boeke, where they obtained their VWO degree with a focus on Natuur & Techniek (Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Economics).

Between 2005 and 2010, Marien Baerveldt studied at Utrecht University, earning a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences. During this time, their field of study was not specified.

In 2006, Marien Baerveldt enrolled at Utrecht University again, this time specializing in Cognitive (Neuro) Psychology. They completed this program in 2010.

In 2012, Marien Baerveldt took a Distance Course in Strategic Sustainable Development at the Blekinge Institute of Technology.

In 2015 and 2016, Marien Baerveldt attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) to pursue a degree in Theology and Religious Studies, with a focus on Leadership, Community Building & Spiritual Care.

In 2019, Marien Baerveldt enrolled at the ITP - Institute for Transformational Psychology, where they pursued a post-master degree in Coaching. This program lasted until 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Marien Baerveldt has obtained several certifications. They completed the Deep Democracy: Lewis Method Level 1 and Level 2 certifications from the Deep Democracy - The Lewis Method institution, in August 2020 and April 2021, respectively. They also obtained the VOICE DIALOGUE & TRANSFORMATIE PSYCHOLOGIE OPLEIDING certification from the ITP - Instituut voor Transformatie Psychologie in January 2021.

Furthermore, Marien Baerveldt completed the CLI Leaderschip Development Certification Training Seminar in Pasadena in January 2013, and the Q4 DISC Waarde en Interesses Certificatietraining and Q4 DISC Certificatietraining from Q4 Profiles in May 2012 and March 2012, respectively. They also underwent training in Leadership, Dialogue, Processes, Groups, and Individuals at the Art of Hosting institution in 2011 and received training in Cognition and Consumer Behaviour at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2010. Lastly, they obtained a certification in Motivation from Synques Q4profiles in 2011.
