Jean Paul Schwarz

Jean Paul Schwarz is the CEO of The Schwarz Group, a boutique real estate brokerage firm headquartered in San Diego, California. Jean has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in representing domestic and international clientele.

Prior to their current position, Jean Paul was the Managing Partner at American City Equities Inc from March 2007 to January 2016. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the firm's operations and working with clients to help them invest in real estate.

Before their time at American City Equities, Jean Paul was the San Diego Branch Manager/Partner at American City Financial's Northern California San Diego Branch from January 2006 to January 2007. In this role, they managed the branch's operations and helped clients with their financial needs.

Jean Paul Schwarz began their educational career by studying at the Allied Business School, where they specialized in real estate. Jean then went on to study at the Colegio Cuidad de Mexico. Finally, they completed their education in real estate at the ESPCM.
