Avi Lewittes

Avi Lewittes serves as the Chief Investment Officer at The Scion Group, overseeing a portfolio of 82 student housing properties totaling approximately 54,900 beds since January 2012. Previously, Avi held the position of Chief Investment Officer at Aviv REIT, Inc., and served as both a Board Member and Consultant. Avi's earlier experience includes serving as a Managing Director in Mergers & Acquisitions at UBS Investment Bank and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Avi earned an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and International Business from McGill University.
