Michael Dunlap

Michael Dunlap currently serves as the Senior Sales Team Lead at The Scion Group, having progressed through roles in Sales and Revenue Management, Marketing and Campaign Strategy, and Leasing and Sales since joining in April 2022. Prior experience includes a position as a Sales Associate at Preferred Apartment Communities, Inc. and a Community Intern role at Cardinal Group Management, where responsibilities included managing resident concerns and converting traffic into lease contracts. Michael also served as a Risk Manager for the University of Central Florida running team, overseeing club member activities and fundraising efforts. Educationally, Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, earned in August 2021.
