Eilidh has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, having served as the Policy & Advocacy Manager for Hospice UK in Scotland and held various roles at Citizens Advice, including Senior Policy Researcher. Additionally, Eilidh has a strong background in parliamentary support and project management, with prior positions in the Scottish Parliament and the House of Commons. Eilidh's early career as an actor provided a foundation in public speaking and agile work approaches, complemented by academic qualifications, including a Master of Science in International & European Politics from The University of Edinburgh.
