Emma Clarke

Emma Clarke is an accomplished delivery and project manager with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as Lead Delivery Manager at The Scottish Government since June 2021, Clarke has previously held various managerial and technical positions, including Delivery Manager and Technical Product Manager. Prior experience at IBM from March 2011 to June 2021 includes roles such as Program Manager and Project Manager. Earlier career highlights involve working as a Booking Agent/Event Manager at Box and Manager and Promoter at Alternative INK. Educational qualifications include a BA Hons in Commercial Music from The University of the West of Scotland and an HND in Music Business from Stow College.
