Kimberley Holland

Kimberley Holland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy management, civil service operations, and data analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Manager for the National Care Service Bill at The Scottish Government since October 2024, Kimberley also holds a position as a Civil Service Fast Streamer at the Cabinet Office. Previous roles include Data and Impact Executive at Smart Works Charity and Control Framework Lead at HM Revenue & Customs. Kimberley has a strong background in legislative affairs as a Senior Policy and Legislation Officer at The Scottish Government and has held various roles in immigration analysis and support work. An alumnus of Kingston University and San Francisco State University, Kimberley holds degrees in History and International Relations, with a commitment to academic mentorship demonstrated through peer mentoring at Kingston University.
