Lena van Dülmen serves as the Head of the Programme Management Office (PMO) and Programme Manager for the National Health and Social Care Workforce Wellbeing Programme at The Scottish Government since December 2020. Previously, Lena held roles as a Senior Project Lead on the Social Security Programme and as a Project Manager at various organizations, including Oracle and NHS National Services Scotland, where significant contributions were made to national transformation programmes in the health service. Notable projects managed include the National Health and Social Care Workforce Planning Programme and the Scottish Radiology Transformation Programme. Earlier experience includes coordinating domestic and international volunteer programmes at the Scottish Child Law Centre and completing a legal traineeship in Germany, culminating in the award of a certificate to practice law. Lena holds degrees from the University of Münster in both legal studies and a Foreign Law and Language Programme in Common Law.
