Lewis Hedge

Lewis Hedge currently serves as Deputy Director of Curriculum and Qualifications and Deputy Director of Fair Work at The Scottish Government, roles held since July 2018. In addition, Lewis is a Volunteer Sea Staff member for Ocean Youth Trust Scotland since January 2021. Previous professional experience includes positions as Business Architect at HM Passport Office, First Secretary at the UK Ministry of Defence, and Principal Consultant at Dstl. Lewis began career work as a Global Risks Consultant at Verisk Maplecroft and held the role of Country Intelligence Manager at HSBC. Educational qualifications include an MLitt in Middle East Security and an MA in Economic Science from the University of Aberdeen, along with studies at Cranfield School of Management and Lycee Charles Nodier.
