Michaela Wilson Martincova

Michaela Wilson Martincova serves as the Head of Offshore Renewables Policy at The Scottish Government, a position held since January 2019, and previously contributed as a Policy Manager at the Centre of Expertise in Equality and Human Rights, focusing on the integration of equality and human rights into economic policy. With extensive experience in economic policy development, Michaela has worked on Scotland's National Strategy for Economic Transformation, coordinated the Housing to 2040 project, and advanced homelessness reduction strategies. Prior roles include freelance grant assessment for Foundation Scotland and partnership and fundraising responsibilities for Who Cares? Scotland. Michaela holds a Master’s degree in European Studies from Mendel University in Brno and has completed courses in human rights and business administration, underscoring a commitment to social justice and economic progress.
