Morag Pavich has extensive experience in roles related to equality, inclusion, economic development, and community affairs. Currently, Morag works with The Scottish Government in the Directorate for Equality, Inclusion and Human Rights, as well as the Directorate for Economic Development, since October 2019. Previously, Morag held project-based roles at Founders4Schools and Inspiring Scotland, including positions as Head of Engagement for West of Scotland and Performance and Grant Programme Manager, respectively. As the Founder and CEO of Mo's Cookie Dough from 2011 to 2016, Morag demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Earlier career highlights include serving as Head of Communications at Carnegie UK Trust and Deputy Director of Community Affairs at Barclays Bank. Morag also has experience as a Director of Media Relations at Hobsbawm Macaulay Communications. Educationally, Morag holds a Master of Arts in Social Science with a focus on Politics from the University of Glasgow and completed a Knight Affiliate program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, focusing on nonprofit leadership and philanthropy.
