Selina Stephen

Selina Stephen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Selina serves as the Director for International Forums at IHI since September 2021 and has been a Director at Torchbearing Ltd since July 2017, where the focus is on creating impactful presentations and messaging through cognitive psychology and storytelling. Additionally, Selina has been an Improvement Advisor for Healthcare Quality & Improvement with The Scottish Government since January 2013 and previously held the position of Programme Manager at Healthcare Improvement Scotland from 2003 to August 2013. Selina holds a BSc Hons 2.1 in Agriculture (Animal Science) from The University of Edinburgh, where studies were completed between 1994 and 1998.
