Nicki McCluskey

Nicki McCluskey is an experienced Senior Delivery Manager at The Scouts since May 2022, leading a team of eight in core infrastructure upgrades and a major Digital Transformation programme. Previously, as a Portfolio Manager at The British Library from September 2019 to May 2022, Nicki implemented portfolio management artifacts and processes to streamline IT operations. In January 2019, a role as Senior Project Analyst at Premier Farnell involved enhancing project management tools and processes for greater efficiency. Nicki served as Chairman of the Sustainable Land Trust Charity from March 2014 to December 2018, overseeing its transition to a charitable organization. Earlier career experience at IBM (1998-2015) included various managerial roles in delivery and portfolio management across telecommunications and public sectors, as well as business analysis and project management roles at Cable & Wireless and Nynex Cablecomms. Nicki is a Rosebery School alumnus from 1978 to 1984.
