Clayton Over

Clayton Over is an experienced journalist with a background in reporting and military service. Since October 2015, Clayton has served as a staff writer for The Scranton Times-Tribune, focusing on breaking news, crime, and regional stories in the Abingtons area of Lackawanna County. Prior to this role, Clayton worked as a court and crime reporter for the Centre Daily Times from October 2014 to October 2015. Clayton's foundation in leadership and discipline was established during a four-year tenure in the United States Marine Corps as a 0341 Mortarman, where various leadership positions, including Humvee vehicle commander and assistant section leader, were held. Clayton earned a degree in Journalism from Penn State University between 2011 and 2015.
