Hayley Hodock is an accomplished professional in human resources with a strong background in recruitment and management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Recruiting Manager at The Sea Pines Resort since July 2023, Hayley previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at First Sentinel Bank from September 2022 to July 2023. Experience includes roles as Human Resources Coordinator at The Mills House and various positions in the food and beverage sector, including Food and Beverage Server at Kiawah Island Golf Resort and The Links at Stono Ferry. Hayley began their career as a Sourcer/Intern at Aerotek and has experience in event planning and bartending. Academic qualifications include a Master of Human Resource Management from Charleston Southern University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Radford University.
