Shea Litchy

Shea Litchy is the Chief Operating Officer overseeing all day-to-day administrative and operational functions of TSEG. Before serving as the COO, Shea was the company’s President of Operations, SEO Director and Social Media Director for 9 years.

With years of experience working in various departments of the company, Shea has in depth knowledge of different business functions within TSEG. She thoroughly understands how to implement necessary business operations, establish policies that promote company culture and vision, and set goals for ongoing business growth and success.

Shea graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a minor in Spanish.
