Cristiana Pruteanu

Cristiana Pruteanu has extensive experience in operations management and leadership roles. Cristiana started their career as the Chief Operating Officer at Powerstorm Corporation, where they were responsible for ensuring efficient workflow and processes, delivering products and services according to specifications, leading strategic market positioning, and designing supply chain strategies. Cristiana then moved on to various director positions, including Director of Operations at SelfKey Foundation, KYC-Chain, Flag Theory, and keyFI. At these companies, they oversaw operations and contributed to the overall success of the organizations. Cristiana also served as the Head of Operations at The Search Guru, where they played a key role in the company's operations. Additionally, Cristiana is a board member and COO at Global Women TechLeaders, where they manage strategic programs and initiatives. Cristiana is also an Entrepreneur Leadership Network Contributor at Entrepreneur Media and a Course Author at Remote-how, Inc. In the past, they co-founded and managed operations at Mageway, an ecommerce company, where they successfully led multiple projects using Agile development principles. Overall, Cristiana Pruteanu has a strong background in operations management and has made significant contributions to each organization they have worked for.

Cristiana Pruteanu began their education at Colegiul National "Andrei Saguna" in Brasov, Romania from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science. In 2006, they enrolled at Universitatea Transilvania din Brasov and completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering in 2010. During their undergraduate studies, they also pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management and Negotiation from the same university, completing it in 2011.

Cristiana continued their education at Universitatea Transilvania din Brasov, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from 2010 to 2012. In 2014, they enrolled at Universitatea "Spiru Haret" din Bucuresti and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from 2014 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Cristiana has obtained several certifications. Cristiana became a Certified Provisional Data Protection Officer from PECB in February 2018. Prior to that, they earned the Magento Certified Solution Specialist certification from Magento Commerce in January 2017. In November 2015, they obtained a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute and an Inbound Certification from HubSpot. In June 2005, they achieved the Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English Language from Cambridge English Language Assessment.
